SpeakPal 目前处于内测和免费阶段，服务重点是帮助中文用户练习英语口语。
免费阶段与练习额度
SpeakPal 当前免费阶段会限制每日实时语音练习时长。这样做不是为了制造复杂规则，而是因为实时语音模型有直接成本，产品需要在免费体验和服务稳定之间保持平衡。
短时长课程也符合产品理念：每天 10 到 20 分钟，专注一两个口语目标，比一次性听很多讲解更容易坚持。
AI 输出的边界
SpeakPal 的 AI 输出用于英语学习辅助，包括改写句子、纠正常见错误、引导对话、生成课程总结和建议下一步练习。它不能保证雅思分数、面试录取、职业结果或任何专业认证。
用户应把 AI 建议当作练习反馈，而不是最终权威。重要的考试、工作、移民、医疗、法律和财务决定，需要通过专业渠道确认。
用户责任
用户不应提交违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、色情或高度敏感的内容，也不应尝试绕过每日额度、攻击服务或访问他人数据。
我们可能根据模型供应商、产品成本、安全要求和用户反馈调整课程、额度、waitlist、语音角色、总结功能或访问方式。

These terms describe how the product may be used during the beta and free access period. The service provides AI-assisted English speaking practice, short live lessons, correction support, post-lesson summaries, and learning memory. It is intended for education and practice. It does not guarantee IELTS scores, job interview outcomes, immigration results, employment results, or any professional certification.
During the free phase, each user may receive a limited daily quota of live speaking time. The quota exists because realtime voice sessions have direct operating costs. Access limits, waitlist rules, supported models, voice options, lesson availability, and product features may change as the service evolves.
Users should not submit illegal content, abusive content, infringing content, or highly sensitive personal information during practice. The AI may make mistakes, so learners should use corrections and summaries as learning assistance rather than final authority. Continued use means the user accepts these practical limits and agrees to use the service responsibly.
The free quota is designed to support consistent learning while controlling realtime voice costs. A short daily limit encourages focused practice, makes lesson endings clearer, and helps the service stay available during the beta period. Future paid plans may offer different limits or features.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of model provider outages, deployment work, browser audio restrictions, network conditions, or safety controls. When this happens, the team may adjust access, retry behavior, lesson availability, or supported realtime providers.
Learners remain responsible for how they use AI-generated suggestions. The product can help with English phrasing, confidence, corrections, and practice structure, but important exam, work, immigration, medical, legal, or financial decisions should be verified through appropriate professional sources.
